Refund policy

Returns
Returns are accepted only if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or has not been delivered. Any return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds
Once a return request is approved, the refund will be issued as a store credit voucher. The voucher will remain valid for 50 days from the date of issue.

Size Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for size-related concerns. Requests to exchange a product for any reason other than sizing will not be accepted.

If the requested replacement size is unavailable, the exchange cannot be processed. In such cases, no store credit, refund, or alternative compensation will be provided.

Size exchange requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Each order is eligible for one exchange only, and a ₹250 exchange fee will apply.
